Possibly the best choice to explore Modica

The very customer oriented personnel at the reception and breakfast. Large and quiet room with a comfortable king-size bed. Very large walk-in shower. Fine toiletries and very good towels. Special mention of the breakfast: absolutely stunning, superb. Nothing was missing. Easy to reach, private parking available. Value for money, highly recommended

Nothing. Be careful using Google Maps to reach the hotel! It will take you nowhere land at the back of the building. As reference instead input the gas station next to the hotel

Excellent stay, staff and facilities. Slight hiccup might be that the bed is a bit low. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The hotel is in the vicinity of many apparel, food stores and restaurants, though it's quiet at night. It's clean and serves a delicious fresh buffet breakfast. There's the availability for parking. The rooms are modern and spacious with a kettle or coffee machine and free water served in the corridors.

The pool is quite like a medium size tub and shallow.

The way personel viewed us having dog and cat, our animals are peaceful and live together but it was looking like they were afraid how the room would survive, but it is not a big deal. I thought that in Italy all love animals. Of course some train animals poorly so concerns may arise. Air conditioning was not working

Short but well deserved break

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Bed big and comfy and bathroom was equipped with all amenities including hairdryer. Breakfast was exceptional especially for those who are coeliac. There are 2 underground floors for parking which are secured for the visitors only.

A trendy and stylish hotel with good facilities and modern rooms and good breakfast included

The Modica Boutique Hotel is a great hotel. I loved the modern design and the fact that parking was free. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. The bathroom was good too – good water pressure made for a nice shower. Overall, it's a stylish and cozy place to stay.

While the Modica Boutique Hotel had its highlights, there were a few minor inconveniences. The lack of a shower door led to a wet bathroom floor, and the air conditioning system wasn't able to cool the room below 24 degrees. Parking was a bit tight, and it would have been convenient to have a shuttle service for easier access to Modica. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that spa access came with an extra cost. More nut-free options at breakfast would have been a nice touch but it was labelled otherwise for allergies, and some areas could benefit from a touch-up, like redoing the grouting. Despite these small issues, the hotel still offered a comfortable stay overall and great value.

Wonderful

Amazing breakfast! One of the best ones we had in Sicily

Our room had an espresso machine, however capsules had to be purchased at reception. This was a bit strange and didn't sound right to us, as all the other hotels we stayed at with similar facilities provided the capsules for free. Considering the room rate per night, this should have been included.

Comfortable and modern place to stay that exceeds expectations at this price point.

Amazing value for money. Modern interior, clean room, friendly staff and private underground parking. On top of all that the place is dog friendly. For my personal needs this checks all the boxes. There is a coffe machine in the room for an espresso in the morning and a tea kettle. Additionally a tap and glass bottle to refill free filtered cold water in the hallway. (even sparkling) Check in/check out was quick and easy.

The location was ideal for where we needed to visit during our stay. Staff were all very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Secure parking was an added bonus.

Very Good

Very comfortable, nice and soundproof bedroom. Very good choice for breakfast. Excellent idea to have free water dispensers to reduce plastic bottles and finally having rechargeable soap dispensers to better preserve the environment. This is the first time we saw them since traveling around Sicily.

Can't go wrong with the Modica Boutique Hotel if you're staying in Modica.

There were a lot of options at Breakfast, The staff were very friendly, We met three different receptionist in particular and all were very nice and very helpful. The water machine in the corridor is brilliant and a great addition. They have underground parking which can be a bit tight if you have a big car which we did (7 Seater) but we didn't find any problem using the parking area. and the Transfer Guy also deserves a mention, again cheerful and got us from A to B and back with no issues. Also there are a few shops nearby. Lidl, Conad and Coop are very very very close by. Literally Conad is next door.

Too be a bit picky.... we didn't have coffee in the room, only tea and some rooms have a coffee machine which we didn't in one of our rooms. this is NOT a complaint, but just to make anyone aware. Other than that.. No Complaints whatsoever...
